1. Product definition: the annealed cold-rolled hard steel plate is pickled, the oxide on the surface is removed, and then passed through the solvent tank containing zinc chloride and ammonium chloride, and then enters the molten zinc tank galvanized, and then passivated, oiled and other post-treatment stages to produce zinc-coated steel plate.

2. Product features: its surface structure is divided into: normal zinc flower (Z), small zinc flower (X), light zinc flower (GZ), galvanized steel plate surface has fish scales or leaf-like zinc crystal pattern, zinc plating layer is firm, has excellent corrosion resistance, and has good welding performance and cold working forming performance. According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories: (<>) hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. The steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc tank so that a thin steel plate of zinc is adhered to its surface. At present, it is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank to make galvanized steel sheet; (<>) Electrogalvanized steel plate. The manufacture of this galvanized steel sheet by electroplating has good processability. However, the plating layer is thin, and the corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized sheet; (<>) Single-sided plating and double-sided differential galvanized steel sheet. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, products that are galvanized on only one side. In welding, painting, anti-rust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single-sided uncoated zinc, there is another kind of galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet; (<>) Alloy, composite galvanized steel plate, which is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy and even composite plated steel plate. This steel plate has both excellent rust resistance and good coating properties. In addition to the above four, there are color galvanized steel sheets, printed coated galvanized steel sheets, polyvinyl chloride stacked galvanized steel sheets, etc. However, the most commonly used sheet is still hot-dip galvanized sheet.

3. Product use: galvanized steel sheet can be divided into general use, roof, building outer side panel, structure, tile ridge board, stretching and deep drawing according to the use.
