1. Thoroughly clean the gaps between the boards, ensure that the bonding surface of the colored steel tile is clean, and dry it.

2. After the glue injection, the surface of the colored steel tile glue joint should be smoothed and excess glue should be removed.

3. To adjust the depth of the seam and avoid adhesive sticking on three sides, the seam is filled with polyvinyl chloride foam material (small round rods).

4. Pay attention to curing after injection of glue, and do not get dust or scratches before the glue has fully hardened.

After prolonged exposure to wind and sun exposure, colored steel tiles may be corroded and partially damaged due to external factors, which can affect their protective effect. However, when the damaged area is not large enough to be completely replaced, it is necessary to renovate and dispose of it. This can not only restore its intact protective effect, but also save a lot of costs. But when renovating, it is necessary to take stable and protective measures, otherwise construction risks may occur.

Attention:

1. If it is a rainy day, it is necessary to wait for the roof to dry before proceeding with construction.

2. If there are strong winds of level 5 or above outside, construction operations must be immediately stopped.

3. During the construction of colored steel tile blowtorch and fuel, they need to be placed separately and supervised by a dedicated person.

4. During the entire construction period of colored steel tiles, it is necessary to ensure the prevention of fires and high-altitude falls.
