Zinc-aluminum coated sheet

Aluminum-zinc silicon steel plate (Galvalume referred to as GL steel plate), the coating organization for the Al-Zn alloy, coating composition of 55% Al, 43.3% Zn, 1.6% Si. Its surface is smooth, with excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, than the same hot-dip galvanized plate 2 to 6 times higher. It has similar high temperature corrosion resistance with hot galvanized aluminum plate, and can be used for a long time without any discoloration or deformation under the high temperature of 315 degrees. Water corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet and hot-dip aluminized sheet, and soil corrosion resistance is better than hot-dip galvanized sheet. Its heat reflectivity is higher than 75%, which is twice as much as ordinary galvanized sheet. The surface can be passivated, oiled, fingerprint-resistant (colored/colorless) and other treatments, with excellent resistance to atmospheric corrosion, heat and oxidation resistance, excellent paintability and good processing performance, is gradually replacing galvanized sheet and is widely used in the world.
